From Logna. With the church of S. Giovenale on your right, keep to the right along the road downhill. Turn right at a country cross. Go straight on for a short stretch and then cross the tarmac road, take the cart track signposted for a holiday farm. The road rises gently past the farm amid the shade from the oak trees. Take the right-hand fork and continue uphill, keep to the left along the path as far as a group of agricultural sheds. Walk through a group of houses as far as the road with a stone wall on the left. Continue to a wider road on the outskirts of the town. Turn left at the wide-angle mirror and follow the sign for the campsite. Go past the church on your right where you will come across two forks, continue left to reach the watchtower. Retrace your steps back along the path as far as the made-up road and turn left to enter S. Giorgio. Turn right at the shrine to walk up to the church of S. Giorgio. After a brief pause beneath the airy arcade, leave the church behind you, take the road on the left and at the crossroads with the road to Avendita, turn right. Along the walk you will find first a country church and then the cemetery, where you turn right on to a path lined with splendid oaks, follow the trail sign. On the way down the country church of St. Lucia appears below to your right after about 1.5 km and is worth a visit. Back on the main path, go down to the road and turn right. Continue as far as the crossroads and turn right to return to Logna.
